The School of Nursing is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages a project.
- Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals.
- Assists in developing administering and monitoring project related budgets.
- Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences conventions or meetings.
- May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives.
- Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports.
- Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements.
- May write grants reports briefings newsletters promotional or other written material related to the project.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
- Support implementation of research projects and educational programs.
- Maintain communication with Principal Investigators contact persons and staff.
- Assist with recruitment identification and enrollment of eligible participants.
- Travel to local recruitment sites and annual conferences for participant outreach and program promotion.
- Distribute information related to the ART Educational Program.
- Assist in development of course materials.
- Coordinate travel and housing logistics for program participants.
- Oversee scheduling for:
- 5-Day in-person SDOH course.
- Follow-up training period meetings with mentees.
- Support evaluation activities including:
- Pre- and post-participant surveys.
- Coordination of faculty and participant travel to annual conferences.
- Preparation of final reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelors degree in a related field and three years of related project management experience or an equivalent combination of experience education and training.
NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
