About the Role
Based in BYDs Melbourne office in Mulgrave this role supports our Aftersales Operations team. We are offering a Parts Coordinator position and your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Guide dealers in using the companys spare parts ordering and management system (DMS).
- Provide effective support for system-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to the supervisor or IT team.
- Monitor and follow up on daily spare parts orders to ensure accurate processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track order status and secure on-time delivery.
- Handle daily inquiries from dealers (stock availability pricing delivery lead time etc.).
- Collect dealer feedback document issues and support resolution follow-up.
- Maintain accuracy of customer and order information in the system.
- Assist in preparing monthly and weekly reports related to orders and customer support. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing Sales After-Sales and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
- Assist in new product launch activities and dealer communication
Key requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree preferably in Logistics Supply Chain or Automotive-related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in automotive accessories spare parts or related supply chain roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in computer skills specifically Excel (Pivot Tables dashboards etc.); ERP/CRM system experience is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented responsible and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
