As a Supply Chain Planner at Frauenthal Gnotec Inc youll be at the heart of our operations turning data into smart decisions and keeping materials flowing seamlessly from supplier to customer. Youll develop and execute supply chain strategies that strike the perfect balance between demand inventory and supply ensuring products are available when and where theyre needed without missing a beat.

In this role youll collaborate closely with procurement manufacturing logistics sales and finance teams to drive efficiency minimize costs and continuously improve our end-to-end supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting
• Develop and maintain supply and demand plans using forecasting tools and ERP/MRP systems.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements ensuring alignment with production and procurement.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and collaborate with sales and operations to improve reliability.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Track inventory health safety stock and replenishment needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
• Production & Procurement Alignment
• Create and release production plans to meet demand requirements.
• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve shortages delays or quality issues.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with sales marketing and finance to align supply chain plans with business objectives.
• Provide supply chain visibility and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead supply review meetings as part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices in planning forecasting and inventory management.
• Leverage data analytics and KPIs to enhance decision-making.
• Support system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications needed

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
• 25 years of experience in supply chain planning demand planning or production planning (depending on seniority) in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
