The Opportunity
As Chef de Partie you will take charge of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that meet the restaurants exacting standards. Youll work closely with the senior team developing your technical skills creativity and precision while contributing to a smooth efficient service.
This role suits a chef with fine-dining experience who thrives in a structured professional environment and takes pride in producing food of exceptional standard.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes standards and presentation requirements
Take ownership of your section maintaining organisation and readiness throughout service
Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
Ensure dishes are delivered promptly maintaining quality and consistency
Adhere to food safety hygiene and allergen procedures at all times
Maintain a clean tidy workstation and ensure proper stock rotation
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coordinated service
Assist senior chefs with menu development prep and daily tasks
Contribute to a positive professional and respectful kitchen environment
About You
Experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette or fine-dining kitchen
Strong technical skills attention to detail and a genuine passion for great food
Ability to run a section independently while working as part of a team
Professional reliable and calm under pressure
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
Own transport or ability to relocate (live-in available)
