- Manage sedation techniques to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with health care regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver seamless patient care.
- Supervise administrative operations within the dental practice to ensure smooth workflow.
- Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care options.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree from an accredited DDS/DMD Program (American Dental Institutions).
- Valid dental license to practice in the state of Washington.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures practices and technology.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in administrative operations related to dental practice management.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
- Experience in team management and patient relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
