Job Summary
Position OverviewThe Feed Mill Maintenance Manager is responsible for the repair service and preventative upkeep of mill equipment rolling stock and plant infrastructure. This position ensures equipment reliability minimal downtime and safe Responsibilities Lead equipment maintenance and preventative programs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Prioritize work orders and equipment repairs Maintain service records and documentation Coordinate vendor and contractor work Support facility upgrades and efficiencies Train staff on safe operations and lockout/tagoutQualifications Associate or Bachelor in Industrial Maintenance or related 3 years industrial/ag maintenance experience Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulic pneumatic electrical) Ability to read schematics/blueprints Familiar with OSHA/FSMA standards Strong communication and prioritization skillsCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience
