Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Foreman to supervise coordinate and lead on-site production teams to ensure construction activities are completed safely

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to meet or exceed production targets.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ and IR requirements.
Monitor and optimise usage of labour materials plant equipment and subcontractors.
Provide site management with ongoing feedback insights and productivity improvement recommendations.
Resolve on-site operational technical and constructability issues.
Lead develop motivate and discipline the production team.
Maintain high standards of productivity quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

NQF Level 4 qualification in Construction or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
Strong knowledge of construction production processes.

Skills

Strong leadership and team supervision capability.
Solid understanding of site operations and productivity drivers.
Effective planning coordination and resource management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of SHEQ and IR compliance requirements.
Strong communication and people management skills.
