Job Summary

Your responsibilities:

  • You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout their entire lifecycle
  • You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onward to ensure they use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together
  • You address customer needs with empathy and expertise advise them on new features and product updates and help them achieve their goals with Superchat
  • You understand exactly how customers use our product collect feedback and proactively contribute to improving our software
  • You collaborate on cross-functional projects that take our customer experience to the next level

About you:

  • You communicate fluently and confidently in Italian Spanish and English and can answer questions precisely
  • Youre a true communication talent with experience in customer interaction - ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • You work in a structured and independent way with strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Youre a genuine team player who enjoys diving into complex topics
  • You have strong critical thinking skills that help you analyze complex situations and make sound effective decisions quickly
