7:00 AM 3:00 PM
3:00 PM 11:00 PM
7:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The LPN/LVN will provide high-quality patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patients vital signs conditions and responses to treatment.
Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing and mobility support.
Collaborate with RN staff physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans medications and health management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility policies.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Required Requirements:

Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Massachusetts.
CPR/BLS certification (current).
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a SNF or long-term care facility.
Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
