Job Summary
Job Summary MRI Technologist (Grant Medical Center Columbus OH)
- Location: Grant Medical Center Columbus OH
- Shift: 3x12 hour evening shifts (2:00 PM 2:30 AM); every 3rd weekend and holidays as assigned
- Call: 3 weekday day shifts/month and 1 weekend call every 12 weeks
- Eligibility: Permanent address must be >100 miles from 111 S Grant Ave Columbus OH
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years MRI experience as a traveler (will consider 1.5 years with strong Level I/large hospital experience)
- Experience operating Siemens MRI scanners required
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB certification required
- BLS certification required
- Cardiac MRI experience is a major plus
- IV start experience strongly preferred
Facility/Unit Details:
- 2 Siemens 1.5T Aera MRI scanners
- Exams performed: neuro MSK abdominal breast enterography pacemaker patients
- Specialty exams: breast enterography pacemaker patients (no cardiac prostate CSF flow or MSA extremities)
- Regularly scan ICU patients; MRI safe ventilator and monitoring equipment available
- No conscious sedation performed
- EMR: EPIC
- Uniform: Charcoal grey scrubs

- Must be willing to work assigned shifts cover calls and work holidays as needed
- Strong clinical skills adaptability and ability to work with complex patient populations required
