Job Summary

Job Title : Desktop Infrastructure Engineer (Windows Active Directory PowerShell Security)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Desktop Engineering and end-user computing environments.
Hands-on experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
Strong background in technical design build testing and debugging methodologies.
Proficient in Active Directory Group Policy configuration and management.
Experienced in Windows image deployment software packaging and package management.
Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
Proficient in client-based security management tools including antivirus solutions PKI HDD encryption and endpoint hardening.
Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP VLANs ACLs and firewalls.
Advanced troubleshooting and support experience for VPN and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) technologies.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration and user/group management.
Familiar with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
Experience working with Intel-based workstation hardware.
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical problem-solving and engineering skills with experience in research planning and implementation of technical solutions.
