Job Summary
Requirements:
10 years of Business Analysis experience ideally in IT delivery or consulting.
Strong CRM knowledge Dynamics 365 Sales preferred; others (Salesforce SAP etc.) accepted.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Preferred:
Business Analysis certification (CBAP PMI-PBA etc.).
Experience with reporting tools and ERP integration (SAP Oracle).
