Job Title: Senior Network Engineer Highview Imaging Application

Location: Annapolis MD (On-site)

Duration: Long Term Contract (up to 10 years)

Job Summary:
The Senior Network Engineer will provide advanced network engineering systems integration and application support across a multi-site infrastructure environment. This position requires significant expertise with Highview Imaging Application WAN/LAN design cloud technologies and end-user support for a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design implement and maintain secure LAN/WAN environments using Cisco routers and switches.
Provide hands-on support for the Highview Imaging Application including configuration troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Support end users both remotely and on-site for hardware and packaged software issues across WAN environments.
Manage Microsoft Windows 7/10 Pro Officeand Office 365 cloud services.

Required Qualifications:

- Plan design and analyze data and telecommunications networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and manage AWS-based solutions including backups and recovery operations.
- Monitor network health using analysis and management tools.
- Provide helpdesk/application support to over 300 users ensuring high availability and user satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation network diagrams and operational manuals.
- 10 yearsof experience in application development support within a multiuser Microsoft Windows environment.
- 10 yearsof experience with Windows 7/10Pro Officeand Office 365 cloud services.
- 7 yearsof experience in network planning design implementation and analysis.
- 5 yearsof experience with AWS and data backup solutions.
- 5 yearsof experience providing WAN-based hardware and software support.
- 5 years of experience with Highview Imaging Application(required).
- Experience supporting networks for a minimum of 300 users.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routers/switches and network management tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
