Job Summary

Job Title: ETL Developer SSIS SSRS and Informatica

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and deploy ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS and Informatica PowerCenter.
Build and optimize data integration processes to extract transform and load data from multiple sources (databases APIs flat files cloud storage etc.).
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
Collaborate with data architects analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
Maintain documentation for data mappings workflows and job schedules.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Support production data pipelines monitoring job execution and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Participate in data migration and modernization projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
5 years of experience in ETL development using SSIS and Informatica.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and relational database design.
Experience developing reports and visualizations using SSRS.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL star schema dimensions fact tables).
Proficiency in performance tuning error handling and debugging ETL packages.
Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g. Control-M Autosys or SQL Agent).
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
