Job Summary

Senior Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to design develop and optimize enterprise-level applications for a key state project. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Java professional to lead critical architectural decisions ensure application scalability and contribute to modernizing government technology systems.

Youll be working in a hybrid environment (50% remote) collaborating with a dynamic technical team while engaging in meaningful large-scale public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect design and develop applications using Java Server Faces (JSF) within IBM WebSphere Portal 7 or higher.
Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server (7.0 or higher) using EJB JPA/Hibernate and Web Services.
Develop and manage messaging and integration workflows using IBM WebSphere MQ and/or JMS.
Design implement and maintain systems utilizing JDK 1.8 or higher.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance security and reliability of developed solutions.

Qualifications:

72 months of experience developing applications using JSF in IBM WebSphere Portal 7 or higher.
72 months of experience developing applications in IBM WebSphere Application Server (7.0 or higher) with EJB JPA/Hibernate and Web Services.
72 months of experience developing and maintaining code using IBM WebSphere MQ and/or JMS.
72 months of experience developing applications implemented with JDK 1.8 or higher.
