- A proven track record in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial goal-oriented approach
- Excellent communication negotiation and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on lead-from-the-front attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manage and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Manage daily operations including deal files handovers and sales pipeline
- Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience
- Promote a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high achievement
- Recruit train and resource the sales team to support long-term success
Working Hours
- Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
- 4 Days week 1 5 days week 2
- 1 Weekend off Per month
