- Identify target and manage Key Accounts.
- Present services negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track Sales Performance and analyse market trends.
- End to end Customer Life Cycle Management.
Additional responsibilities
- Identify the Key Decision Makers using company web sites & building rapport with them.
- Proficient in leveraging Social Networking Platforms including LinkedIn and others.
- Hands of experience of using any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus..
- Ideal candidate will be from Enterprise Sales into Telecom Industry / Broadband / ISP.
