Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY

Project Manager / Program Manager

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project plan preparation and project tracking.
Initiating DVP test as per OEM/Customer standards and requirements
Updates customer with status and progress of the project.
Alert management for risk and critical issue in project.
Coordinate with supplier tooling engineering and manufacturing team.
Monitoring of AR/ project spending in assigned projects.
Coordinate with internal team and suppliers for samples submission to customer.
Coordinate with planning and production team for the start of production and hand over from Project Phase to mass production stage.
Ensure on time PPAP submission to customer and Customer witness in Production run
Fulfilling customer PPAP requirements and PSW sign off with customer.
Single point of communication and accountability for the customers.
Facing IATF Customer Audits
Collaborate with global customers and suppliers on technical discussions and project reviews.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

B Tech Mechanical Engineering Automotive project handling

Skills & Experience

7–12 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
Knowledge in Quality Management System (ISO 9001 IATF 16949 etc…)
Experience in APQP methodology used in used in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of 5 core tools in quality management (APQP. PAPP MSA etc…)
Basic Knowledge of CAD (Creo Solidworks AutoCAD etc..)
PLM (Windchill)
ERP software (SAP etc…)
Knowledge on GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance)
Engineering Change Management
MS Project
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
