Spa Therapist Luxury Reserve Eastern Cape
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and skilled Spa Therapist to join a prestigious luxury reserve situated near Grahamstown Eastern Cape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a tranquil and beautifully appointed lodge environment providing world-class spa treatments to discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests ensuring service excellence at all times.
Maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere within the spa and treatment areas.
Ensure that all treatments are performed to the highest standard in accordance with lodge protocols.
Provide personalised advice and product recommendations to guests where appropriate.
Maintain hygiene cleanliness and stock control in all spa areas.
Support the wider lodge team in creating a seamless guest experience.
Candidate Requirements
Fully qualified spa therapist with recognised beauty or wellness certifications.
Minimum of 23 years experience in a luxury spa or 5-star lodge/hotel environment.
Candidates must be able to speak and understand Afrikaans fluently.
Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
Professional well-groomed and service-orientated.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit hospitality team.
Flexible and willing to assist in other guest-facing areas when required.
