Position Overview

We are seeking a skilledBench Technicianto join a precision-focused team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining manufacturing or related work and be able to interpret blueprints and drawings while producing accurate high-quality components. A successfulBench Technicianwill be detail-oriented safety-conscious and eager to collaborate in a structured mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities

Interpretblueprints drawings and instructionsto craft precise components.
Operate specialized tools such asmanual lathes mills drills shears rollers and benders.
Measure and assemble usingcalipers rulers micrometers and other precision tools.
Collaborate with expert craftsmen to learn and grow within a mentorship program.
Maintain high-quality output while following all safety standards.

Requirements

35 years experiencein machining manufacturing or a related field.
Familiarity withdrill guides jigs weld jogs and fixtures.
Soldering and welding experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindsetwith strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to50 lbsand stand for long periods in a shop setting.
Experience withcalipers micrometers scales rulers and protractors.
