Job Summary

On behalf of one of its clients a company with 30 years of expertise in designing building and maintaining professional spaces the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business Development Manager.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the companys brand reputation and market presence locally.
  • Build and strengthen a network of local partners and consultants to boost brand identity.
  • Identify and secure business opportunities (tenders/contracts) by leveraging relationships with key stakeholders including investors developers project management firms tenants and architects.
  • Provide regular reports to the International Direction on the commercial pipeline and business development progress.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and local team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
  • Represent the company at key real estate industry events both locally and internationally.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners alongside the International Team to expand the global client network.
  • Work closely with the Global Business Development team to drive cross-selling opportunities across the companys services.


  • Requirements

    - Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction or a related field (or equivalent)

    - Significant experience in the local real estate market

    - Proven track record working with investors brokers architects etc.

    - Highly motivated and flexible

    - Ability to tackle challenges including overcoming the limited reputation of the companys brand in the local market

    - Any foreign language is a plus




    Required Skills:

    - Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction or a related field (or equivalent) - Significant experience in the local real estate market - Proven track record working with investors brokers architects etc. - Highly motivated and flexible - Ability to tackle challenges including overcoming the limited reputation of the companys brand in the local market - French language skills are an advantage to liaise with the team based in France - Additional language skills are appreciated
