What you will do
- End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing visual design to final hand-off for development.
- Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes features and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.
- Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes storyboards user flows and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.
- Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research personas wire-framing and prototyping.
- Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs with a strong understanding of UI principles.
- Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems with advanced skills in Figma.
- Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
