Requirements
* Fluency in Bengali (mandatory) along with good English/Hindi communication skills to understand requirements and provide updates to clients.
* Fresher: Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development testing or support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results.
* Maintain clear documentation of tasks issues and progress.
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role).
* Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation).
* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
