What Were Looking For

Experience in manual automation testing
Comfort with API testing (Postman Swagger logs)
Hands-on with tools like Jira Selenium TestRail Playwright or Cypress
Strong in test case design user scenarios and exploratory testing
Ability to report bugs clearly reproduce issues and collaborate with devs

Bonus Points

Youve set up your own test automation framework
Youve led UATs or client-side testing initiatives
Youve caught regressions before production did
Youve been the one people trust when a release is on the line
