With a reputation for integrity discretion and precision we deliver factual evidence that supports risk mitigation claims resolution and litigation defense.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence. This is a remote position that involves supporting the marketing team with posting content engaging with followers and keeping our social media pages active and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn etc.)
Monitor comments messages and mentions; respond or forward them when needed
Help brainstorm and plan new content ideas
Track engagement metrics (likes shares followers etc.)
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest improvements
Assist in creating simple graphics or captions using tools like Canva
Requirements
Basic understanding of popular social media platforms
Good written communication skills
Creative and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
(Optional but a plus) Experience with tools like Canva Buffer or Hootsuite

Required Skills:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Legal Studies or related field preferred. 2 years of experience in insurance investigations law enforcement or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
