Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume typing and data entry tasks from a remote work environmentinputting project reports correspondence and campaign data into agency systems.
Ensure accuracy clarity and consistency of typed content while working remotely supporting remote team members and remote project managers.
Maintain remote document organization and version control for files accessed by remote staff and onsite teams alike optimizing remote accessibility.
Collaborate virtually with field teams remote colleagues and onsite staff to clarify data requirements and correct discrepancies in a timely remote workflow.
Assist in creating remote-friendly templates and documentation formats to support remote operations and remote teams working across time zones.
Monitor your remote data queue meet productivity and accuracy targets in a remote work setup and report performance to remote leads.
Uphold data security and confidentiality in the remote workspace following remote access protocols and supporting remote archival procedures.
Identify opportunities for remote workflow improvements and help implement remote-based tools or processes that enhance remote productivity and collaboration.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certificate in business administration data entry or related field preferred.
Proven typing speed and accuracy; previous experience in data entry clerical support or remote work roles strongly preferred.
Proficiency in word-processing and spreadsheet software; comfortable working in a remote environment and coordinating with remote teams.
Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace free from distractions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with both remote and onsite team members.
Self-motivated disciplined and capable of thriving in a remote work role with minimal supervision.
