Job Title: Customer Support Associate

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Associate at Laka Group SRL you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be the first point of contact for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and providing assistance to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints issues and escalations with patience and empathy
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant role
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
