- 1st shift: 6 am- 2:30 pm

2nd shift: 2 pm- 10:30 pm and every other weekend.

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN:

- OH LPN License

- CPR

Responsibilities of the LPN:

- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

- Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager

Required Education:

Associate degree
