As aRegistered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)atPark View Care Centeryoull provide hands-on nursing care administer medications and treatments monitor resident health and support individualized care plans alongside a skilled clinical team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: On-Call
Wage Range:
RN:$33.10 to $39.60 / hour depending on experience
LPN:$28.04 to $37.06 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: $2.00 / hour for eves; $6.00 / hour for nights
Location:200 Park Ln Buffalo MN 55313
Nurse Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Current MN RN or LPN License.
- Must have CPR/ BLS certification.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
