Responsibilities:

Full scope of primary care/preventative care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home.

Requirements:

Valid NP/PA license in the state of NY
At least 1 year of experience working as an NP or PA
Primary Care experience- strongly preferred
Ok with nursing home setting
Great bedside manner

Benefits:

Outstanding salary ranging between $125000-$155000 annually!
No weekends/on call
Full benefits package
