Job Summary

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Civil Engineer Site Design for their team in Springfield Missouri!

Responsibilities:

Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
Elevate the teams technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
Review contract with administration support
Maintain quality control and check plans adequately

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering
6 years of engineering experience

Salary is commensurate with experience.
