Is this role right for you In this role you will:
Onboarding Architecture Ownership Define and maintain target-state architecture for client sign-up KYC/AML and product ordering/onboarding journeys with a strong focus on enabling sales funnel velocity across all channels (Digital Branch Contact Centre).
Client-Facing Experience Design Architect micro-UIs micro-apps and client-facing digital experiences optimized for scale usability and security.
API & Integration Strategy Lead design of REST APIs and resource modeling for onboarding ensuring extensibility security and alignment with enterprise integration patterns.
Product Ordering & Workflow Orchestration Build orchestration and sequencing patterns to support single and multi-product onboarding flows cross-sell journeys and adjudication.
Regulatory & Security Alignment Ensure onboarding flows embed KYC/AML sanctions privacy-by-design and internet-scale security standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business product and sales stakeholders to co-create solutions consult on technology investments and align architecture to client-centric service and sales experiences across integrated channels.
Frameworks & Enablement Define architectural frameworks principles and guardrails that guide teams to consistently deliver compliant secure and scalable solutions.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:
7 years enterprise software engineering with 4 years in architecture roles (preferably financial services).
Strong onboarding/KYC expertise Familiarity with client sign-up onboarding flows and regulatory requirements.
Deep technical depth Hands-on with JavaScript Git monorepo CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP) platforms.
API & Event-Driven Mastery Expert in REST API design resource modeling and event-driven/Kafka-based architectures.
Security & Scale Awareness Deep understanding of designing internet-facing internet-scale applications with robust security principles and modern scaling technologies (IP networking F5 load balancers Akamai GTM/CDN etc.).
Architecture Modeling Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Camunda Temporal BPMN) and exposure to enterprise business architecture modeling.
Executive Communication Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executive teams influence decision-making and present complex architectural concepts clearly.
Leadership & Communication Proven ability to present to executives influence business/product/sales teams and mentor engineers across large portfolios.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
