Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills as well as a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive calendars appointments and meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements accommodations and itineraries.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.

  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information.

  • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize requests efficiently.

  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on deadlines and deliverables.
