We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone motivated detail-oriented and passionate about helping clients achieve success. As part of our dynamic environment you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring that every account is managed with precision and care.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.

  • Assist in managing client accounts ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.

  • Support the preparation of presentations reports and proposals for client meetings.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and account activities.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
