Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to join a top-rated hospital in Akron Ohio. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments administer medications and monitor telemetry data.
Manage patient care plans ensuring timely interventions and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all safety infection control and confidentiality standards.
Support evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (must be in hand).
Certifications:
BLS AHA
ACLS AHA
NIHSS
