Job Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for the collective performance of supervisor/manager and site in the following areas.
- Operations Quality and ISO-9000 Conformance: Essential to QuantumCleans success is continuous Quality Improvement.
- Operations Plant Flow and Process Efficiency: Success in the QuantumClean philosophy of production and manufacturing requires operating plants in a lean flow manner.
- Additional duties and Responsibilities: In resource limited environments all managers are frequently asked and required to perform additional duties to support the organization.
Requirementsï¼
- More than 6 years of experience in a semiconductor industry minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
- High energy level required.
- Strong leadership skills independent thinking strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
