Drainage Groundworker

Were looking for skilled Drainage Operatives/Dumper & Roller Operativesto join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction and groundworks projects. If youre experienced operating dumpers and rollers confident in drainage works and proactive on site we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dumpers & roller machines safely and efficiently on site

• Carry out drainage works (internal and external) ensuring areas are level and safe for installation

• Dig footings prepare concrete and complete backfilling as required

• Carry out external works including slabs kerbs and edgings

• Read and interpret levels and drawings accurately

• Perform daily pre-start plant inspections maintenance checks and report issues to site management

• Work safely around live services and apply service avoidance techniques

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Proven experience in drainage and groundwork roles

• Skilled in operating dumpers rollers and 360 machines

• Confident reading drawings and working with levels

• Proactive reliable and able to manage time effectively

Desirable:

• Additional CPCS/NPORS tickets (Telehandlers Dumpers Rollers)

• 5 years experience in drainage or groundwork projects

• Experience working as part of gangs or teams

General Expectations:

• Reliable punctual and committed

• Able to work collaboratively with other trades and operatives

• Supports programme delivery and project deadlines

• Right to work in the UK
