About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst & Project Manager to drive initiatives across our content supply chain ecosystem. This role blends strategic analysis with hands-on project delivery ensuring that marketing technology (MarTech) platformsincluding Adobe Workfront Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)are optimized to support scalable efficient and high-quality content production.

The ideal candidate brings 23 years of experience in MarTech environments thrives in a fast-paced enterprise setting and is passionate about streamlining processes for content creation management and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather document and translate business requirements into functional specifications for content supply chain initiatives.
• Map current-state and future-state workflows for content production review approval and distribution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience across DAM and AEM environments.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing creative and technology teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
  
  

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for content supply chain programs and platform enhancements.
• Define project scope timelines and deliverables while managing resources and budgets.
• Track milestones risks and dependencies; provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Adobe Workfront DAM and AEM solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 23 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst Project Manager or hybrid role in a marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project and workflow management.
• Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and best practices.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including content authoring or asset management.
• Strong understanding of content supply chain principlesfrom creative briefing to multichannel delivery.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering process documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira Asana or similar) and Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise marketing or global content operations.
• Knowledge of rights management metadata schemas and content governance.
• Ability to create business cases and ROI models for MarTech investments.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and change management skills.
