Assistant Finance BPJob Description
In this role you have the opportunity to
- You will report to the Factory Site Controller and work very closely with key members of the Operations team onsite and this role you will be a part of a small onsite team and as well as a part of the larger Finance community of Manufacturing.
You are responsible for
- Supporting the Factory Site Controller to delivery key financial metrics
- Driving financial objectives across the business directly interacting with Operations Procurement and R&D on topics such as conversion cost bill of material freight E&O and scrap
- Supporting the Monthly Business Review Meeting RoFo and AOP reviews reports and analysis
- Support NPI with long range product cost estimates and cost target achievement support
- Calculate conversion cost (MOH) productivity and report realized cost savings and the impact on overall Landed Costs
- Keep track of operational cost development and drive cost down in line with SPOR AOP and Rofo targets
- Analyze net absorption and how production volumes are translated into P&L. Ensure quality of absorption forecasts based on quantities produced
- Calculate and/or verify overhead and labor rates
You are a part of
- A professional Finance Team.
To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelors degree required Masters preferred
- 5 years experience in either of following areas and willingness and ability to learn in the others: successful business partnering or alike with multiple stakeholders working with SAP (e.g. price maintenance) working with Excel for reporting and analysis of different sorts
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Strong affinity with numbers; being able to translate numbers to business context and consult on business decisions with all functional teams
- Basic accounting knowledge and willingness to learn related policies
- Strong in Excel SAP knowledge preferred
- Operations and/or financial background preferred
