The Manager Commercial Enablement US Retail is a critical member of the North America (NA) Go to Market Team at McCain. This role will assume responsibility for delivering exceptional in-market implementation of McCains sales execution to meet the dynamic and unique needs of the US Retail channel. The role requires a blend of exceptional execution commercial business savvy and hands-on detailed involvement in the day-to-day business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently with a strong ability to communicate and influence both internal and external stakeholders. They will be a high caliber professional who can inspire motivate and engage. They will have an innate ability to bring people together to seeing opportunities in challenges and implementing creative and aligned solutions for sustained results. This will be a focused and committed action lead who also rolls up their sleeves and has a track record of delivering results. They will have the ability to get work done as part of a matrix team through inspiring and influencing partners to deliver a shared objective. They will be humble and hungry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong record of accomplishment delivering robust category and sales plans and commitment that have fuelled incremental growth for top-tier organizations. They will be able action strategic plans through a strong commercial acumen data literacy partnered with creative solutions and ability to create and deliver execution that furthers McCains competitive advantage in the Channel. This individual has a tendency to thrive in environments with broad flexibility and scope. They will be able to challenge the status and translate an identified opportunity into actionable plans with the ability to prioritize create clarity. A robust collaborator with an entrepreneurial spirit this leader with be able to drive results even in a world of limited resources.

Compensation Package:$97500.00 - $130000.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education and training and other organizational needs.
