The Role
Join SEEKs engineering teams as a Senior Software Engineer where youll build scalable solutions mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence. Youll work autonomously within cross-functional squads contributing to products that serve millions across the APAC region.
What Youll Do
- Build test and deploy cloud-first software using modern engineering practices
- Mentor and guide other engineers while strengthening team capabilities
- Drive platform health through reliable scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers UX Designers and Engineering teams across SEEK
- Participate in on-call rotations and operational support
- Contribute to communities of practice and continuous learning initiatives
What You Bring
- Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
- Strong experience with AWS cloud applications and API development
- Expertise in CI/CD testing practices and secure coding
- Experience with logging monitoring and production support
- Background in Test-Driven Development and clean code practices
- Proven mentoring and knowledge-sharing abilities
- Data-driven decision making approach
