Technical Product Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join our Product team with the mission to make efood product better through data insights. We bake challenges by using agile methodologies top line tools and of course always working with the best of teams.

Being part of a multi-functional team you will work closely with Product teams and will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience and advance data collection and quality.

What youll do:

• Determine what needs to be tracked and measured maintaining the Tracking Plan and working on the Tag Management System.

• Understand how to improve our data collection strategy helping other data departments to leverage the collected data but also work with developers to communicate what an implementation is designed to accomplish.

• Specify the data needs so the data engineers enrich the central data solutions.

• Diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform success for the Product Team.

• Get involved in the design execution and evaluation of A/B tests to improve the user journey.

Qualifications :

• University Degree in a Quantitative field (Statistics Math Physics etc).

• At least 2 years of experience with advertising ecommerce and behavioral tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel Firebase Google Ads Facebook Ads).

• 1 years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics A/B testing conversion and retention segmentation and developing user personas and their usage patterns.

• Experience using Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (eg Looker Studio Microsoft Power BI Tableau).

• Solid Experience with tag management platforms and dataLayer (Google Tag Manager or other TMS system).

• Comfort working in a highly agile intensely iterative software development process (Git Cloud services Python/R/SQL notebooks scripting).

• Team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent eye for detail and a self-motivated problem solver.

• Superior analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)

Nice to have (optional):

• Solid knowledge of JavaScript.

• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/XP).
