West End Dental Colwyn Bay has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our professional and friendly team.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for patient care and a strong background in dental nursing. Additional experience in radiography sedation and implants is highly desirable.
Based at our Colwyn Bay clinic the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing chairside assistance to dental surgeons therapists and hygienists
- Supporting complex treatments including implants sedation and radiography (if qualified)
- Cleaning and sterilising instruments and surgeries to the highest clinical standards
- Offering compassionate patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Efficiently managing stock clinical notes and patient records
- Adhering to infection control and health & safety protocols
What Were Looking For
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (or working towards qualification)
- Experience in radiography sedation and implant nursing (preferred but not essential)
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- A professional and caring approach to patient care
- Confidence with IT systems including Microsoft Office
- A commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development
Working Hours & Location
- Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm)
- Occasional travel to other West End Dental locations (mileage allowance provided)
