Manages companys human resources activities. Works collaboratively with leadership and other human resources leadership to develop human resources strategies policies and procedures that support business objectives and comply with state and federal employment law. Leads the implementation of defined programs to promote workforce productivity stability and employee satisfaction company-wide.
Job Duties:
- Designing and launching programs for retention development and talent acquisition.
- Coaching leaders on performance promotions and people decisions.
- Owning regulatory reporting and salary surveys like a pro.
- Creating initiatives that make our workplace more engaging and inclusive.
- Leading training on leadership compliance diversity and more.
- Managing performance appraisals and goal-setting processes.
- Advising on policy interpretation and recommending improvements.
- Staying ahead of HR trends and legal updatesand keeping us ahead too.
- Supporting our Affirmative Action Program and other compliance efforts.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Organizational Development or related field (Masters preferred).
- 3 years of HR experience (PHR certification is a plus!).
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Stellar communication presentation and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and project management chops.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for data and metrics.
- Professional presence and a collaborative spirit.
- Comfort working in diverse dynamic environments.
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with additional hours as needed as workloads demand. Position is on-site in Lancaster PA those in a commutable distance are encouraged to apply.
