Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead to design and implement scalable secure and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership from front-end interfaces to back-end services ensuring seamless integration compliance and data security.

  • Lead and Design:
  • Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
  • Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake tracking and resolution.
  • Development:
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g. Okta OAuth2).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers QA and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals.

Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards.
