Our SAAS client is in need of a senior G&A recruiter. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. Responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist with the closing process for successful candidates or.
Qualifications :
- 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in G&A roles
- Proven track record of successful hires and stakeholder management
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to pivot and cover various roles
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and strategies including use of social media platforms
- Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analytics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience in SAAS or technology industry recruiting is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
