Job Summary

Our SAAS client is in need of a senior G&A recruiter. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles across the organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and assist with the closing process for successful candidates or.

Qualifications :

  • 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in G&A roles
  • Proven track record of successful hires and stakeholder management
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to pivot and cover various roles
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and strategies including use of social media platforms
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience in SAAS or technology industry recruiting is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
