Job Summary
Were on the lookout for an HR Business Partner Business Support (HRBP-BS) whos passionate about people performance and purposeful culture.
What Youll Be Up To:
As our HRBP youll be at the heart of our people strategy enhancing the employee experience through every step of the employee experience. Think of yourself as a trusted coach culture builder and change champion all rolled into one.
Youll:
- Align people plans with business priorities through strategic OKRs
- Drive employee engagement through feedback wellness and inclusion initiatives
- Use data and insights to make people-focused decisions that matter
- Foster transparency build trust and be a voice for our teams
- Develop talent and champion career growth with tailored training programs
- Lead change with clarity creativity and care
- Ensure compliance with labor laws while living our core values
Qualifications :
- 47 years of broad HR role (most preferably HRBP/HR generalist/HR Specialist)
- Experience of working in an International environment iGaming is a plus
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills trusted advisor to leadership
- Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environments
