You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

• Clean all assigned guestrooms and public areas to standard.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
• Replenishing in-room amenities like stationery and other supplies. Ensuring the housekeeping cart is well-stocked and organized.
• Assisting with the cleaning and upkeep of public areas like hallways service areas elevators and corridors to ensure they remain tidy and presentable.
• Identifying and immediately reporting any maintenance issues damage or technical faults within rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.
• Interacting with guests in a professional friendly and discreet manner responding promptly to requests and upholding the hotels commitment to guest privacy.
• Adhering strictly to all hotel safety security and sanitation policies including the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Time management in cleaning rooms efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Impeccable professionalism and integrity handling guest possessions discreetly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused attitude and strong customer service
• Flexibility and adaptability to various shifts and unexpected situations.
• Warm and caring personality.
• 1-2 years of previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant.
• A higher school diploma or equivalent is required.
