Job Summary
As our next Nights Team Member you
- Are the face of Novotel Glasgow extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
- Are an autonomous and passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotels services.
- Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
- You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
Qualifications :
Work Experience
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a positive attitude a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions
- A fast-thinking customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on
- Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance.
