Job Summary
How does your working day look like ...
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the Front Office department the 25hours Shop and the Lobby Host in both operational and administrative areas
- Cross-departmental cooperation and support
- Providing a professional and warm welcome to our guests
- Acting as a general point of contact for guests in all matters and forwarding them to the appropriate person
- Processing and checking cash register discrepancies and outstanding invoices
- Processing and checking commission statements
- Hosting duties and ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve completed a course of training in the hotel business gained some professional experience and can speak English fluently
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
